With nearly three decades of senior-level corporate and entrepreneurial career experience in management, sales, marketing, promotion, forecasting and budget planning, Orlando-based Luis Alberto Arce offers consummate expertise in the real estate industry. Lived in Orlando and had worked in all facets of the Vacation Ownership industry such as Condo Hotels ,Vacation Homes and Timeshares with a certification as a Fractional Real Estate Professional, he currently serves as Founder Futura Real Estate LLC.
Since 1998, he has also served as CEO of Experience Sunvestments International, LLC, overseeing all aspects of development, management and operation of companies that have generated multi-million dollar revenues.
Mr. Arce has specialized in consulting for Share Ownership developers for several years. He is truly one of the industry’s leading international consultants, having traveled the world over to advise developers ensuring that their project would have the best chance of success.
