Luis Alberto Arce is a seasoned real estate professional with over 30 years of experience spanning residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use development. Born and raised with deep roots in Latin America, Luis built his career at the intersection of US and Caribbean real estate markets.
After years leading projects in vacation ownership, luxury development, and investment consulting across Florida and the Caribbean, Luis founded Futura Real Estate in 2010 with a singular mission: to deliver exceptional real estate experiences to clients wherever they want to live, invest, or build.
Today, Futura operates across five countries with a hand-picked team of architects, builders, lawyers, digital marketers, and business professionals who share Luis's commitment to quality and community impact.
